VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) is more than just a methodology—it’s a collaborative way of managing design and construction projects by aligning people, processes, and technology around a shared goal: meeting the client’s objectives through smarter execution.
At its core, VDC empowers project teams to create their own workflows in a collaborative environment, using the right tools to stay focused on what truly matters: delivering functional, operational, and sustainable results.
By aligning project operations with client expectations, and tracking progress through controllable factors and production objectives, VDC helps optimize resources and improve performance. With the right metrics in place, we can clearly understand how close—or how far—we are from our goals.

This service can be offered in three ways:
Training:
An intensive 2-week course on the VDC methodology.
Designed for Superintendents, Project Managers, and Directors across all disciplines involved in the project.
Support
We actively participate in planning meetings during both design and construction stages.
Our team conducts two on-site visits per week to lead ICE and Pull Planning Sessions.
The client assigns 1–2 team members to shadow the process, gaining the skills and tools to adopt the methodology independently.
Duration: 6 months.
Management:
With full authorization, our team manages your project using VDC principles.
We handle performance metrics, lead ICE and Pull Sessions, and coordinate on-site teams throughout execution.
Key Benefits
True Collaboration
Real collaboration happens when key stakeholders design their own processes and use the right tools in a shared environment.
VDC enables teams to move beyond coordination—to connection.
Resource Optimization
With so many moving parts in a construction project, it’s easy to lose direction.
VDC keeps the focus on the right tasks by aligning production goals with both project and client objectives.
Meeting Expectations
Understanding what the client needs and translating those goals into measurable production objectives helps teams monitor progress and stay aligned with project value.
High-Performance Buildings (HPB)
A high-performance building meets the function it was designed for.
To achieve this, VDC integrates information, systems, processes, and organization.
